Welcome to Boa Vista! We are Markus and Sascha, hailing from the beautiful Rhineland near Koblenz. Our first visit to Boa Vista as tourists was in 2012, and we instantly fell in love with the island and its local life during our four-week stay. By the time we left, we knew we wanted to return for vacations in the future.

From then on, we spent our annual holidays at Cristina Brito's Vila Cristina until 2019. In October 2021, we took a big step and purchased a city apartment, which we completely remodeled in January and February 2022. We meticulously planned every detail, from the electrical work to the bathrooms, and prepared for our journey with about 500 kg of luggage, hoping we had thought of everything.

The remodeling process took us two months, and by the end of February, we could finally clean the apartment. Since then, we have been renting it out and take pride in the positive feedback from our guests. Our efforts have truly paid off, and we love sharing our space with others.

In November 2022, we received an enticing offer to purchase a house in Parque das Dunas, our favorite relaxing spot. Without hesitation, we seized the opportunity, which led us to our two wonderful properties. Both are perfect for a peaceful, restorative vacation; whether you prefer the vibrant city life or a quieter retreat, we have something to suit your needs.
