Spanning a generous 280 m², the villa features three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom—perfect for your privacy and relaxation. The separate kitchen, living, and dining area provides ample space for social gatherings and group cooking.

The spacious terrace with direct beach access invites you to soak up the sun. Here, comfortable loungers await for your relaxation, as well as outdoor showers to refresh you after a day at the beach.

Additionally, all rooms are equipped with a safe to securely store your valuables. The Beach Villa promises you a perfect stay in a breathtaking setting. We look forward to welcoming you!

At our Beach Villa, we place a strong emphasis on sustainability and the natural beauty of Boa Vista. We have made significant investments in eco-friendly technologies to minimize our environmental impact. Our home is equipped with a solar system for heating water and a photovoltaic system that captures solar energy to provide electricity. Additionally, we utilize a large wastewater tank that collects non-toilet wastewater, which is creatively repurposed for irrigating the vibrant flowers, trees, and palm trees surrounding the property. As a result, you may occasionally notice a faint odor during the watering process, or shortly thereafter.

We kindly encourage our guests to be mindful of their water and electricity usage, as well as their practices when changing towels and bed linens. Thank you for supporting our commitment to protecting the environment while enjoying your stay!

The house has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate two separate apartments, each with its own private entrance.

The first apartment boasts a generous layout, featuring a spacious living, cooking, and dining area, complemented by a comfortable bedroom and an adjoining bathroom, all spread across approximately 100 m².

The second unit is a cozy suite that includes a living and cooking area equipped with a convenient kitchenette, as well as a bedroom with an attached bathroom, encompassing around 80 m².

Step outside to discover a charming dining area on the terrace, ideal for savoring meals al fresco. For your comfort and relaxation, we provide luxurious loungers adorned with plush cushions and protective covers.

Guests are also invited to enjoy the shared garden, a serene retreat that invites peaceful moments for everyone to cherish.

The refrigerator also serves as a minibar, with drinks replenished daily. Our attentive staff keeps track of consumed items, allowing you to settle the bill at the end of your stay.

Our Beach Villa Suite features a cozy living and cooking area designed for your comfort. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a gas hob, sink, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator, as well as essential cooking utensils such as pots, pans, and various cutlery.

The refrigerator functions as a minibar, with drinks replenished daily. Our dedicated staff keeps track of the items consumed, allowing you to settle the bill at the end of your stay.

Adjacent to the kitchenette is the inviting living room, furnished with comfortable seating. A private hallway leads you to the separate bedroom, which features a double bed and a spacious closet. The bathroom, conveniently located next to the bedroom, includes a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. We provide fresh towels and bed linens, along with a hairdryer for your convenience.
